1. Hi Scott,
   I’m thinking of teaching a course on Christian worldviews in Hollywood movies, or something to that effect. I’m wondering if you could list some Hollywood films, recent or old, which have Christian worldviews. And would you know of any books that I could buy which discuss this topic?

2. Claire, the themes of “redemption” and “reconciliation” run throughout mainstream movies all the time, albeit mostly in a secularized form. I’m traveling over the Memorial Day weekend, but when I get back to the office, I’ll provide a more comprehensive response, as well as one really good book on the subject.

3. The book to which I was referring is “Hollywood Dreams & Biblical Stories”, written by Bernard Brandon Scott, an excellent resource.

   After church this evening (St. Monica’s in Santa Monica) I went into the gift shop and I noticed they had about 3-5 different books regarding just what your looking for-a couple of them just on screenwriting-rest general topics in movies- from the Christian
