A little off-topic but do you have links to blogs of any well-known, somewhat known, and up-and-coming directors (or writer-directors)? Or maybe producers' blogs? Or cinematographers? It would be nice to get those perspectives on scripts.I'm sure GITS readers will have a lot more information in this regard than me, but here are a few suggestions:
TriggerStreet.com: Web based community providing a platform for undiscovered talent to showcase their work and receive peer feedback and criticism.
Wordplayer.com: It's a great resource for screenwriting and is also home to Scheherazade Productions, a production company formed by screenwriter/producers Ted Elliott and Terry Rossio. Created to develop writer-driven projects and promote them to the studios.
indieProducer.net: Hollywood's premiere networking site. Where filmmakers come to connect, collaborate and create on their scripts, short films & projects.
Done Deal Pro Message Boards: Receive suggestions & feedback on pages from your script.
That's a start - and as I say, I'm sure readers will post other resources in comments.
The new trend is Twitter. Not sure how helpful it is per your request, but here are some writers, directors, actors, and producers who Tweet pretty regularly:
