Some kind soul in comments provides this English translation:

That looks remarkable… Nolan is such a gift…
This is not a gripe or anything but the plot (and, in some ways, visuals) remind me a lot of a wonderful anime feature from a few years back called PAPRIKA from the remarkable Satoshi Kon. If you haven't seen it, check it out!
